José Juan Haro is Director of Regulation and Wholesale Business of the Telefónica Group in Latin America since 2011. He is a lawyer from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru with a Master of Laws from the Law School of the University of Chicago. He joined Telefónica Perú in 2003, being promoted to Vice President of Strategy and Regulation in Peru in 2009. He is currently Co-Chair of GSMA's Chief Regulatory Officers Group (CROG) in Latin America.
