Biography

Since he entered McKinsey in 2013, has mainly work with clients of the Public and Social Sectors. His main areas of expertise are: Economic Development, Economic Growth, Productivity, Competitiveness, Public Policy, and Strategy. As an Associate at McKinsey he Developed and implemented economic development strategies for national and subnational governments, designed a regulatory strategy for the Energy value chain, developed strategies to support local NGOs working on Education and Health and optimized procurement processes in national governments
Previously, Nicholas was Tutorial Leader of the "The Economics of Poverty" class at Harvard University for which he received a price for excellence in teaching. In 2012 he was Visiting Fellow at the Ethiopian Development Research Institute from 2010 to 2011 was Coordinator of Infrastructure & Logistics in Fundación Pensar, he was also a Senior Economist at the Central Bank of the Republic of Argentina.
Mr. Grossman is an economist from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Argentina, has a master in economics from the same university and is also Master in Public Policy and Development from Kennedy School of Harvard University.
