Sixth Ministerial Conference on the Information Society in Latin America and the Caribbean

He is a political scientist from the Diego Portales University with specialization in international relations, particularly in Services, Electronic Commerce and Global Value Chains. He holds a Master's Degree in International Strategy and Commercial Policy, International Relations and Foreign Affairs from the University of Chile.

He also has done courses and obtained certificates from the World Trade Institute of the University of Bern in 2016 and from the Institute of International Studies of the University of Chile in 2014.
