Panel 3- Emerging technologies for productivity and digital transformation of governments
The integration of emerging technologies in the design of personalized, predictive and secure digital services will be discussed. Likewise, the challenges of the portability of personal information and the analysis of large volumes of data will be discussed in order to achieve a transition towards a more intelligent, sustainable and efficient public management. The challenges in the development of digital skills in the public sector and the digital transformation processes of governments will also be reviewed.
