The main challenges faced by regulators in the region will be addressed, considering the importance of having an efficient and effective regulation that guarantees the correct functioning of markets, access to the benefits of the digital economy to citizens, promote competition and investment in high-capacity networks, the implementation of infrastructure deployment plans, and efficient management of the radio spectrum.
